Aston Martin's upcoming 200mph hybrid Hypercar, formerly identified by its codename AM-RB 003, will now be officially known as Aston Martin Valhalla. Named after the Viking legend of the "warriors paradise" which is reserved for the brave soldiers killed in battle, Valhalla follows the Aston Martin Valkyrie and Valkyrie AMR Pro as the third hybrid from the British luxury marque . Apart from having a ferocious name, it also keeps with the Aston Martin tradition of naming its high performance cars with the letter "V". Ford has finally confirmed the 2020 Mustang Shelby GT500’s 5.2-liter supercharged V8 will produce a whopping 760 horsepower and 625 lb-ft of torque. That makes it more powerful than the 650-hp Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and 707 hp Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat but it falls short of the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye, which has 797 hp and 707 lb-ft on tap. 760 horsepower and 625 pound-feet of torque.That’s a lot of power that puts it ahead of a lot of serious competitors. That’s 110 more horsepower than the Chevy Camaro ZL1; 53 more horsepower than a Dogde Challenger Hellcat; and even 5 more horsepower than the Chevy Corvette ZR1. It goes without saying, Electric Vehicles, or “EVs”, are the future of automobiles. And as such the United Kingdom is planning to eliminate petrol and dissel-powered cars by the year 2040 and get them replaced by Electric Vehicles. The government of the United Kingdom recently unveiled a proposal that requires new homes, street light posts and businesses to have charging points. To demonstrate their seriousness, the government is planning to boost the plan with a £400 million ($530 million) fund for companies that produce and install EV chargers.

The Sbarro 4×4+2 concept is perhaps the ugliest car currently on exhibition at the ongoing Geneva Motor Show. In a car show full of gorgeous, futuristic, ultra-connected, autonomous and electrified vehicles, the Sbarro 4×4+2 concept does not appeal much in the looks department. This bizarrely shaped concept car is a six wheeler built for off-road racing. On the Sbarro 4×4+2, there are cutouts in the metal in the shape of those massive wheels, no windows except for the windshield, a ginormous bonnet and taillights that look like they belong on some classic from the mid-50s. Inside, there are racing seats, a racing steering wheel and third seat propped up in the back. The car is powered by a 5.0-liter engine, putting down 550 PS with the help of a 6-speed automatic. The BMW 8 Series is returning soon. We’ve seen a few variants of the German automaker’s new flagship. Last year’s Concept 8 Series previewed the replacement for the long-running 6 Series Coupe. A camouflaged production version has been undergoing performance testing. At the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, the new BMW Concept M8 Gran Coupe was revealed, the latest in a line of BMW 8 Series teasers.

Porsche has just revealed an electrically powered cross-utility vehicle (CUV). The strengths of the four-door Cross Turismo include the emotional design with striking off-road elements and the new display and operating concept with touch screen and view control. Two permanent-magnet synchronous motors (PSM) with a system output of more than 600 hp accelerate the Mission E Cross Turismo to 100 km / h in less than 3.5 seconds under twelve seconds to 200 km / h. Nearly 50 years ago, Land Rover created the luxury SUV sector with the introduction of the Range Rover. Now it’s defining a new genre with the world’s first full-size luxury SUV coupé: the limited-edition two-door Range Rover SV Coupé.

  Two years into the production of the Chiron, Bugatti has revealed the even more extreme Chiron Sport version. It doesn’t have additional power, but thanks to a number of other improvements, the French manufacturer says, it’s significantly faster on corners. The supercar now benefits from a new dynamic handling package and a revised and stiffer suspension. The latter uses a new control strategy for the shock absorbers, which react 10 percent more stiffly than the “standard” Chiron on average. The new settings can be experienced in the Handling driving mode. The car now also features a dynamic torque vectoring function, which distributes torque individually to each single wheel, “significantly improving the steering behavior” in curves. These improvements are effective in all driving modes.

Mercedes Benz has revealed the list of its top favorite luxury models,and with so many cars to choose from,it must have been pretty hard to come up with just five models that spanned around different decades At number 5, is the Mercedes 540 K , built between 1935 and 1940. Brian Williams   Mazda revealed an updated version of its Mazda6 midsize sedan today at the Los Angeles Auto Show, complete with a new turbocharged engine, revised looks, and a brand new interior. Like in the CX-9 SUV, the new 2.5-liter turbo engine produces 250 horsepower and 310 lb.-ft. of torque. Much of the updated exterior design has taken cues from Mazda's stunning four-door Vision Coupe concept first shown at the Tokyo Auto Show . Inside follows the same idea, using a more minimalist approach to create a less cluttered, more relaxed design. 

Mazda has revealed the next generation of its popular small car, the Mazda3,  ahead of the 2019 launch in the form of the stunning Kai concept that promises the latest engine technology. The Kai concept highlights more flowing, less ornate body surfaces than the current Mazda3 as the company stresses a more mature look and an emphasis on smoother shapes. It is similar in style to its second concept shown at Tokyo, the Vision Coupe that previews the next Mazda6 expected in 2020.

The adaptive air suspension links with the Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management System, the navigation system, data from the web and visual data from the environment to evaluate roads, terrain and weather. That information adjusts ride height, shock absorber damping rates and roll stiffness. The system also adapts to match the driver’s pace and driving style.

Land Rover today announces a limited-edition high-performance version of the iconic Defender, with up to 150 V8-powered examples re-engineered to celebrate the Land Rover marque’s 70th anniversary in 2018. Defender Works V8 is the most powerful and fastest version that Land Rover has ever created. The 5.0-litre naturally-aspirated petrol V8 powertrain produces 400 hp and 380 lb-ft of torque (the standard Defender delivered 120 hp and 266 lb-ft).
