NEW LAGOS IN THE MAKING

Lagos use to be the capital of Nigeria before Abuja,even now it is still the economic capital of Nigeria.
Everyday people troop into Lagos from all the states of the federation in search of the Golden fleece.
Peole residing in every part of the country believes that once you get to Lagos then you have made it,but that is not the case,only few people out of thousandc who come to Lagos can boast that they actually made it.

Since the population of Lagos keeps increasing every day, there is a need to create more space so that it can sustain its economic growth and this is why the Lagos government has reclaimed some part of the Atlantic ocean which has been criticized by local residents living nearby, saying that ongoing construction works have caused coastal erosion and ocean surges which is actually evident with the increase in volume of rain this year.
We can only fold our arms and see how everything unfolds.
